I’m Michelle and today we are continuing our baking basics series by learning how to
make cinnamon sugar. I’ve discovered that people actually buy it and I’ll show you
how easy it is to make it. Let’s get started. It’s really easy. You start with one cup
or 200g of white sugar. And add two tablespoons of ground cinnamon. Obviously, this container
of cinnamon didn’t have much left in it. I got a new container of cinnamon to get the
whole two tablespoons. This doesn’t have to be the exact amount. You can add more or
less to your taste. Then, just mix it with a spoon until there are no streaks left. You
can use it for any recipe calling for cinnamon sugar or you can just sprinkle it on toast.
