If you want to make few bajjis, take accordingly Rice flour for crispiness Now vegetables are ready for bajji Break Papad into small pieces Lets prepare the Dough Add Besan flour Add Rice flour Mix in hand to avoid forming small thick rounds Add Baking soda Add Chilli Powder Add Salt Add Asafoetida First mix in hand Add water in small quantities to form a semi-thick dough With concentration like this. Neither watery nor thick Lets prepare Plantain Bajji Heat the oil Dip the sliced Plantain into the dough on both sides and fry in oil When one side turns light brown, then turn over for other side to fry When both sides are fried with light brown color, then take out from oil Lets prepare Onion Bajji Dip the sliced onion into the dough on both sides and fry in oil When one side turns light brown, then turn over for other side to fry When both sides are fried with light brown color, then take out from oil Lets prepare Brinjal Bajji Same procedure as before. Dip well in dough and fry in oil When one side turns light brown, then turn over for other side to fry When both sides are fried with light brown color, then take out from oil Lets make Papad Bajji As papad is very brittle, make sure to apply dough without breaking it Since papad is thin & light, it fries quickly When both sides are fried with light brown color, then take out from oil Lets prepare Chilli Bajji Apply dough inside the chilli as we have cut it in center If your frying pan is smaller, then cut Chilli into two pieces My Pan is of right length, so it just left Chilli as it is When one side turns light brown, then turn over for other side to fry When both sides are fried with light brown color, then take out from oil Last one, lets prepare Potato Bajji Just like previous Bajji’s, apply dough completely and fry it When one side turns light brown, then turn over for other side to fry When both sides are fried with light brown color, then take out from oil Thats it. Easy &Tasty Bajji’s are ready to eat
