Pakoda (Fritters) with Schezwan Chutney. For that, I have taken 1 cup of Gram Flour, And 1 tbsp Schezwan Chutney. And Salt as per required. Schezwan Chutney already contains
Salt, so add accordingly. Then add Water in batches and prepare a batter. Do not make it very thin,
let it be a little thick. I’ll add a little more Water. The Batter is now ready. So we will now keep this aside. Now we’ll take a few bread slices, We’ll apply Schezwan Chutney on both the slices. We’re done applying the Schezwan Sauce. We’ll add some Spring Onions, Some Capsicum, And some Cabbage. We’ll keep the other slice like this
and cut it in a triangle shape. We’re done cutting this. We’ll coat it with the Batter and fry it. So first, we’ll turn on the flame. The Oil is almost heated, We’ll still check it by dropping in
a drop of batter. Yes, the Oil is heated. We’ll coat this with the Batter and fry it. We’ll fry this until Golden. They’re almost done… I’ll now take this out!
